I saw something I liked but it’s gone now – what happened?

All of our items are handmade – sometimes from one-of-a-kind or vintage fabrics. The item you liked was probably sold. Bummer, dude.


Can you make that in another color?

Unfortunately, due to limited studio time we cannot take custom orders. We hope to one day have the time and resources to allow for custom orders - if you're interested in custom orders, please sign up for our mailing list and we will let you know if things change.


Is your site up-to-date?

We constantly update our website and although we strive to keep our inventory accurate, mistakes happen. In the event that the item you ordered is not available, we will notify you immediately via email.


What if the item I purchased doesn’t fit?

Our sizes are based on average height and weight standards. Nevertheless, if you have a problem with your purchase, email us within 7 days following receipt of your item regarding an exchange. All exchanges must be pre-approved via email and must be received within 7 days of approval in new, unused condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all cost and risk related to return shipments including shipping costs, delivery confirmation and any damage occurring during the return shipment.

But what if my item is damaged?

All Jigabug Baby items are handmade with attention to detail and are carefully inspected for any defects; therefore, we only offer refunds for merchandise broken or damaged during shipment. If you have a problem with your purchase, email us within 7 days following receipt of your item regarding an exchange, return, or replacement. All exchanges, returns and replacements must be pre-approved via email and must be received within 7 days of approval in new, unused condition.

OK, I lied – it’s not damaged and it fits but it’s a little more pink than it looked in the photos. Can I still return it?

We’re a small shop and do all of our own stunts – photography, production, you name it, we do it. Colors may appear differently on your monitor, patterns may be placed differently from piece-to-piece and items may not match the photo exactly. We do not accept returns or exchanges for those reasons.


How long will it take to get my stuff?

On average, all items will be shipped within 1 business day following your order. Items will ship via US Postal Mail or UPS and notification will be sent to the email address provided with your order once the item ships.

Please note that times may vary during peak season so please plan ahead. Rush shipping and order options are available – please contact us for pricing prior to placing your order.
